  • 8 oz white German chocolate
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 4 oz white chocolate

Instructions

  1. Prepare the cheesecake layer by beating cream cheese and sugar until smooth; add eggs, vanilla, sour cream, and flour. Bake in a springform pan.
  2. For the cake, cream butter and sugar; mix in eggs and melted white chocolate. Alternate adding flour mixture and buttermilk. Bake in round pans.
  3. Cook the coconut pecan frosting ingredients in a saucepan until thickened, then cool.
