  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • ⅓ cup powdered sugar
  • ⅓ cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 36 vanilla sandwich cookies
  • ¼ cup strawberry syrup

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

  3. Spread the batter into the prepared baking dish and bake for 18-23 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Allow cooling.
  4. For the frosting, beat together the cream cheese and powdered sugar; then mix in sour cream and vanilla. Fold in whipped topping.
  5. Spread frosting over cooled brownies.
  6. Pulse sandwich cookies with strawberry syrup in a food processor until crumbly. Sprinkle over brownies.
