  • 3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (for sprinkling)
  • 1 1/2 cups sweetened shredded coconut
  • 10 ounces sweetened condensed milk
  • 4 to 5 ounces salted caramel sauce
  • 3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (melted for drizzling)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease a 9-inch pie dish.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter for about one minute.
  3. Let it cool slightly before whisking in the egg, brown sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Add flour and salt; stir until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared pie dish and bake for 10 to 12 minutes until edges are set.
  6. Remove from oven and sprinkle with chocolate chips followed by shredded coconut.
  7. Drizzle sweetened condensed milk and then caramel sauce over the layers.
  8. Return to oven and bake for an additional 25 minutes until bubbly at the edges.
  9. Cool completely before drizzling melted chocolate on top.
