  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 4 large eggs
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Cut croissants into 1-inch pieces and layer them in the baking dish. Sprinkle chocolate chips over them.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, sugar, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
  4. Pour the custard mixture evenly over croissants and gently press down to soak.
  5. Let sit for 10–15 minutes (optional) to absorb flavors.
