  • ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
  • ¾ cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
  • ½ cup crushed chocolate sandwich cookies (like Oreos)
  • ¼ cup mini chocolate chips
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 23 tablespoons milk (adjust for consistency)
  • ½ cup crushed chocolate cookies
  • Extra mini chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine warm milk and yeast; let sit until foamy. Mix in sugar, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla.
  2. Gradually add flour and salt until dough is soft; knead in blue food coloring. Let rise until doubled.
  3. Prepare filling by mixing softened butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, crushed cookies, and chocolate chips.
  4. Roll out dough into a rectangle; spread filling evenly and roll tightly into a log. Cut into 12 rolls.
  5. Place in a greased baking dish; let rise again until puffy. Bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes until golden.
