  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour

  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and steam broccoli until tender-crisp (3-5 minutes). Cool and chop finely.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine chopped broccoli, breadcrumbs, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, eggs, flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Roll mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a greased baking sheet.
