  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and black pepper.

  3. Preheat air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
  4. Coat marinated chicken with cornstarch.
  5. Cook in batches in the air fryer for 12-15 minutes, shaking halfway through until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
